Get your Pilates fix at home with pre- recorded classes

Can’t make it to a live virtual class or want to see what it’s all about before joining? 

You can now keep on top of your Pilates practice at any time of the day. 

Purchase a pre-recorded class and follow along at home as if you were participating in the live class. 

Exercises are demonstrated then guided with verbal cues so you can concentrate on the movement instead of the screen. 

Please note: These classes are recorded directly from the virtual classes on zoom. There may be some audio/footage disruption at times where participants interact with each other.

Once purchased you will receive an email to watch the class in a web browser. (Please check your junk folder if you haven’t received anything). 

Update: Effective from Monday 8th June the price of all virtual/recorded classes has been increased. These classes were significantly reduced from studio rates as a temporary measure, however the price increase is a necessary step to enable me to return to operating my business in the coming months.
