Private pilates classes

Based out of my private studio in New Costessey, options are available for 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 classes. 

Private Pilates Classes are an effective way to focus on your specific goals for example; injury rehab, improving posture, post-natal exercise or simply helping you build confidence before joining a group class. 

I offer a hybrid method of teaching, taking the principles of Pilates and applying them to a wide range of movements that build full body strength, stability and mobility and support efficient movement patterns. 

The principles of Pilates can be applied to treating, managing and preventing injuries and aches/pains. 

Exercises may include small equipment such as resistance bands, small weights, soft balls etc.

Single Session: £35

Pay monthly: 

1 x per week: £105 per month (£24.23 per session)

2 x per week: £170 per month (£19.61 per session)  

There is no minimum commitment however you are required to provide 10 days notice to cancel your monthly payment. 

Can’t make your session one week? That’s fine, any missed sessions can be rolled over to the following week or month. 

2-2-1 pilates classes

*Share the cost with 2-2-1 classes.

Single Session: £20 per person

Pay monthly: 

1 x per week: £55 per month, per person (£12.69 per session)

2 x per week: £85 per month, per person (£9.80 per session)

Due to social distancing restrictions, for 2-2-1 classes you must live with or be in a ‘social bubble’ with the other person.
