Private Pilates Classes are an effective way to focus on your specific goals for example; injury rehab, improving posture, post-natal exercise or simply helping you build confidence before joining a group class.
I offer a hybrid method of teaching, taking the principles of Pilates and applying them to a wide range of movements that build full body strength, stability and mobility and support efficient movement patterns.
The principles of Pilates can be applied to treating, managing and preventing injuries and aches/pains.
Exercises may include small equipment such as resistance bands, small weights, soft balls etc.
