Pilates Core Control Course
A 4 week course designed to help you effectively engage your deep core muscles, whilst building core strength and stability through a variety of exercises.
This course will address how breath work can help you both strengthen and engage your core, whilst exploring some effective ways to develop core strength and stability.
We will cover some key Pilates exercises as well as some alternative exercises and methods.
This course is for anyone that would like to increase their core strength/stability for posture, sports, injury prevention or managing musculoskeletal aches/pains.
