Mixed Ability Pilates
With a focus on core strength and stability, these classes are designed to challenge you and to provide a whole body workout.
Although the exercises are low impact and can be adapted for fitness levels and injuries, if you are new to exercise or have had a long period off, I would recommend starting with the Beginners Course.
These classes are ideal for those who have completed the Beginners Pilates course or do not feel confident enough to join a more experienced class.
The pace of these classes will be a bit slower allowing more time for hands on support.
There will be more exercise options available to allow you to progress at your own pace.
*Please note these classes will run 3-4 weeks of the month
Beginners Pilates Course
This course is perfect for those who have little experience or are completely new to Pilates or exercise.
At the end of the 6 weeks you should feel confident enough to progress on to a more experienced class as well as noticing improvements in your posture, alignment and core strength/stability.
